This session explores the emotional impact of vision loss and how it can shape your sense of identity, confidence, and connection to work. Participants will reflect on grief, adjustment, and self-compassion while identifying their strengths, values, and transferable skills. The session will support individuals in redefining what work means to them and recognizing what remains unchanged despite vision loss.
