This virtual career lab series is designed for youth (ages 15-30) who want practical, real-world tools to explore their future without needing a perfect plan.  Each session is a hands-on lab where you’ll connect your interests, values, and skills to real ideas, and actually build something you can use right away.

Join us for our monthly relaxed and supportive space designed for youth ages 15-30 who are blind or partially sighted to connect, build skills, and stay motivated in their career journey. This is a low-pressure drop-in, meaning you can join as you are—no prep required. Whether you’re exploring your first job, building your resume, or navigating school-to-work transitions, this space is here for you.

Are you thinking about work, but unsure where to start—or how your vision loss might impact your options? This 9-week workshop series supports job seekers with sight loss in exploring employment, building confidence, and developing practical skills for the workplace. Through interactive, discussion-based sessions, participants will explore possible career paths, reflect on their strengths, and learn how to match their skills with job opportunities.Topics include workplace rights, disclosure, accommodations, assistive technology, transportation, professional presence, and navigating conversations about support needs.
