The CNIB Research Co-Design Festival is a dynamic event that brings researchers and the disability community together to collaborate and make change. Community engagement in research is essential to ensure necessary perspectives when developing policy recommendations and shaping inclusive design. In Session 101: Citizen Personas Accessible AI, the team presents descriptions of various personas, including some accessibility needs and challenges faced. A brainstorming activity is held with the group to continue adding to the list of accessibility needs and potential challenges.
