Participants will gain a foundational understanding of disability rights in the workplace in Atlantic Canada, including accommodations, human rights protections, and the duty to accommodate. This session will also explore disclosure, privacy, and how to navigate workplace conversations with confidence. Real-life scenarios will help participants understand how to advocate for themselves and what steps to take if their rights are not respected.
